Welcome to our Return Policy page — here you'll find the guidelines and procedures for returns, and refunds with us.

Return Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and refund policy below.


1. Right to Cancel (UK & EU Customers)

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify us clearly via email at support@flipdeals.co.uk or by post at our UK address.

Once cancelled, you must return the goods to us promptly and at your own cost, unless the item qualifies for a free return (see section 2).


2. Returns Eligibility

You may return items for the following reasons:

  • The item is broken, faulty, or damaged.

  • The item does not match the description provided.

  • The item is the wrong size or style.

Conditions for Returns:

  • Items must be returned in the same condition as received, unused, unworn, and with original packaging intact.

  • Items showing signs of wear, use, or customer-caused damage may not be accepted or may result in a partial refund.

  • Unless your return qualifies for a free return (e.g., faulty or not as described), the cost of return shipping is your responsibility.

We recommend using a trackable courier service for all returns. We cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged return shipments sent at the customer’s expense.


3. Refunds

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 2 days of receiving your goods (in addition to your statutory 14-day right to cancel).

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days using the same payment method as the original transaction.

  • Standard delivery costs will be refunded. Express, expedited, or premium delivery charges are non-refundable.

  • Refunds for international orders will be issued in GBP. Any currency exchange differences or bank charges are borne by the customer.


4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Customised or personalised goods

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)

  • Goods that deteriorate quickly or are sealed for hygiene reasons (if opened)

  • Digital downloads or gift cards


5. How to Return an Item

  1. Email support@flipdeals.co.uk to request a return and obtain the correct return address.

  2. Package the goods securely, including your order number and contact details.

  3. Send the package using a reliable courier.

    • If your return qualifies for a free return, we will provide a pre-paid return label.

    • If your return does not qualify, you are responsible for covering return postage and keeping proof of dispatch.


6. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you require a different size, colour, or item, please return the original product and place a new order.
